– We accept payments through Razorpay payment gateway, which allows users to pay via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other supported methods.
– Refund Policy: Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the course content has been accessed. No refunds will be processed after this period.
– Cancellation: Cancellations will not result in refunds for any unused portion of the course after the initial refund period.
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, quizzes, and assignments, are the exclusive property of YITTU TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course content without prior written consent from the company.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
Nexon Interns makes no warranties or representations regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or completeness of the course content. Courses are provided on an “as-is” basis without any guarantees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the course. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if such damages were foreseeable.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, India.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for unauthorized access.
8. Termination
YITTU TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.
